Humans are social animals, it is almost like we live a life for the people surrounding us. Social acceptance is the first thing that strikes me as a person when I stumble upon a serious decision to be made. And I feel it’s only human that I get this feeling. I really like to host parties, it gives a chance for me to catch upon things. But preparing for a party is not an easy job it requires quite a bit of planning and time.

I went to a party hosted by one of my closest friends the other day; it was for his successful graduation which sure calls for a party around my place. It was hosted well but I felt the food and decorations where not so appropriate for the occasion. Each occasion calls for a different approach to the party, you can’t have the same type of arrangement for a bachelorette party and a kid’s birth day event. Even the crowd that are to be invited I feel can’t be the same for every party event. Food and drinks is one thing that really gives me a headache while planning for a party. Fortunately there are websites that helps in this regard by giving party ideas for events like a birthday party or a bachelorette party. Such websites even help with the overall arrangement of parties.

I have always loved attending those cocktail parties with butlers all around serving exotic snacks. I would personally love to host such a party, may be by the pool side with some light music. The open bar should be filled with cocktail options and the food should be light and not those greasy stuff that served at the local chains. The only thing that I am short off is the occasion for which I can throw such a party.
